Do you deliver across the UK?
Standard UK delivery is £9.99 below £150 of goods and free at £150 or more, subject to the destination and checkout terms. Contact EkoBuild to confirm special destinations before ordering.
Can I get a quote without phoning?
Yes. Use the Room Designer for a whole-mat layout and a stock-price estimate, then send the plan and floor details for any outstanding design or material requirements. The planner does not certify the heating or electrical installation.
Do you offer installation?
EkoBuild supplies heating products and fitting guidance. You may be able to prepare and lay suitable components yourself, but involve a qualified electrician early for electrical design, testing, connection and commissioning. The floor preparation and finish may need a specialist installer.
I bought from EkoBuild years ago, can you still help?
EkoBuild provides a 15-year warranty on Ribbon heating from the date of purchase, subject to our
warranty terms. This is separate from AHT's manufacturer certificate, which covers heating mats for fifteen years from manufacture and provides one-year parts/materials cover for AHT-branded controls and accessories, subject to its installation requirements and conditions. The AHT certificate excludes flooring and its removal or replacement, and manufacturer repairs need prior AHT authorisation. EkoBuild's purchase-date cover remains independent. Existing purchase terms and statutory rights remain unaffected.
